Round Hill Search provides you with immediate talent in addition to taking care of payroll administration, workers compensation, unemployment insurance, and other related costs. Discounted Conversion Fees

Many of our clients like to assess the quality of a candidate’s work before making a final commitment to hiring. As such, our clients are able to work with our candidates in a temporary capacity before inviting them to become a part of the team. If we place a temporary candidate with our client, and they decide that they are adding value to the team, hiring them is also an option. We make it easy for a client to hire our talent after a temporary assignment. We have conversion fees in order to make the hire, and every temporary hour that the individual has worked provides our clients with a discount on the conversion fee. After a certain amount of hours, our conversion fees are discounted to ZERO!* (please review Terms of Service for details).
